Dr. Wajih Ajib, founder of The Rite Way Non-Profit Organization, began his journey over 30 years ago when he started going through his own struggles as an immigrant. The process he went through and the obstacles he faced created a passion to help others who are struggling with their immigration situation. This passion led him to unexpectedly obtaining his Ph.D. in legal studies and become one of the top experts in immigration laws and procedures as head legal consultant of a team of experienced lawyers who joined his venture with The Rite Way.
Dr. Ajib has built an excellent reputation due to his thorough, efficient and speedy work, and is one of the top highly sought out immigration experts with an excellent track record. He is a certified instructor by The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to teach citizenship classes for those who need help in becoming citizens. While simultaneously operating her law firm, Barbara’s success as an attorney led her to being appointed as the first African American judge by the Waxahachie City Council in Waxahachie Texas, where she served as a Municipal Court Judge.
Mrs. McKinney has many years of litigation experience. She has tried a wide variety of cases and has extensive experience in resolving legal matters with a positive outcome. She is a Certified Mediator including court appointed mediations.
